We are a Pakistan-based brand selling clothing and accessories for babies and children, and our customers are mainly parents, guardians and gift-givers. By accessing and using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: When you place an order, register an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, shipping address, billing address and any delivery instructions you give us.

Order Information: We keep a record of the items you buy, sizes, colours, quantities, order value, and any exchange, return or refund requests.

Payment Information: We record the payment method you choose (Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit or credit card) and transaction reference numbers. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or PINs on our servers. Card and wallet payments are handled by licensed third-party payment providers on their own secure systems.

Child Sizing Information (optional): If you choose to tell us your child’s age range, size or gender so that we can suggest the right fit or gift, we use it only for that purpose. You are never required to share it.

Communications: We keep messages, emails, call notes, WhatsApp chats, survey answers, reviews and photos that you send us so that we can support you and improve our service.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.

Order and invoice records are generally kept for up to six years. Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer support records are generally kept for two to three years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymise it or securely archive it.

7. International Data Transfers

If you order from outside Pakistan, your information is transferred to and processed in Pakistan to fulfil your order.

We will still send essential messages about your orders, deliveries, returns, account security and policy updates.

We do not share your phone number or email address with third parties for their own marketing.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our products are for children, but our website is not directed towards individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts, orders and promotions must be made by a parent, guardian or other adult. Because many orders in Pakistan are placed on Cash on Delivery, we may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. We may use order history, such as repeated refused deliveries or suspected fake orders, to decide whether to ask for advance payment or decline an order. If you believe such a decision was a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
